As a Head of IT (Community Hospital), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and motivate the IT team, fostering collaboration, coaching and mentoring team members, and conducting performance reviews with clear objective setting.

• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmap aligned with business goals, recommend technology solutions (e.g. End User Computing, Cloud/SaaS, Office 365), and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Serve as the primary contact for information security and data protection, collaborate with external security services, ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g. PDPA), and provide training on data protection and cybersecurity.

• Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance and optimization, manage network security (e.g., firewalls), and ensure IT systems are reliable and meet business needs.

• Evaluate and manage cloud/SaaS solutions, and support the migration and optimization of services in the cloud.

• Manage Office 365 services for collaboration and productivity, while overseeing internet access and implementing security measures to protect data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management in a leadership position.
