As an Patient Service Associate (Ambulance Support) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge processes accurately and efficiently at the Emergency Department.

• Collect A&E facility payments, handle deposits, and provide basic financial counselling to patients and caregivers for inpatient admissions.

• Respond promptly and courteously to patient and visitor enquiries, both in person and over the phone.

• Coordinate and follow up on appointment scheduling to ensure timely continuity of care.

• Offer assistance and regular updates to patients and their families throughout their care journey.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area.

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

• Operate the ambulance safely and ensure proper transport of patients and upkeep of the vehicle.

• Participate actively in team briefings, meetings, and service improvement initiatives.

• Undertake any additional duties assigned to support effective operations and excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’/‘O’ level education

• Possess Class 3 or 4 License
