Project Executive (Redevelopment & Stakeholder Management) - #1119995

Job Scope

1. Project Management

   • Support procurement and implementation of consultancy and construction packages for redevelopment projects.

   • Review project schedules, method statements, materials, and work permits during construction.

   • Develop governance frameworks and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within standards.

   • Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

2. Stakeholder Management

   • Develop and execute communication plans for timely engagement with stakeholders.

   • Provide updates on progress, milestones, and challenges to relevant parties.

   • Collaborate with leadership to align innovation and project objectives with organizational goals.

   • Conduct feasibility studies and engage stakeholders for renovation and development initiatives.

3. Budgeting & Administrative Support

   • Work with stakeholders to prepare and manage project budgets aligned with objectives.

   • Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Project Management or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
