Job Scope:

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc.), before liaising with professional subcontractor on complex issues.

• Monitor and operate building equipment, report issues, and arrange repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Support general facility upkeep and coordinate with contractors when needed

• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for maintenance tasks

• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment logs

Job Requirement

• Hands-on building/facilities technician industrial experience in Singapore
