Location: Science Park
Salary: Up to 4500
Working hour: Mon - Fri, office hour

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Tasks

Install, maintain, and repair medical devices
Conduct warranty and corrective maintenance visits
Implement factory upgrades and technical bulletins
Support Sales & Marketing during demos, exhibitions, and projects

Service Operations

Escalate field issues and quality feedback to management
Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely reporting
Manage maintenance schedules and documentation
Track service hours and ensure data accuracy
Contribute to contract renewals and service program implementation

Miscellaneous

Uphold workplace safety responsibilities
Support other service-related duties assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:
Min. Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
Min 3 years’ experience in medical equipment servicing
Strong technical knowledge, customer service mindset, and hands-on skills
