Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the preschool.
Support the implementation of the Child Care Act and Regulations, Licensing Instrument, Early Years Development Framework and any other initiatives that apply to improving programme and facilities. Implement quality standard for ECCE programme in centre.
Handle centre tour; operation portion.
Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc)
Input data into One@ECDA (e.g. particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases subsidy etc) Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, champs attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etc
Conduct daily health checks with champs at the door
Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books etc Conduct stock take and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationeries etc Escort champs onto school buses
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
