Production Operator (Night Shift)

Work Schedule:

• 5-Day Work Week (Night Shift)

• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

• Meal Break: 2:15 AM – 3:00 AM

• Working Location: Kaki Bukit Crescent

Salary & Allowances:

• Basic Salary: $1,500

• Housing Allowance: $250

• Transport Allowance: $80

• Attendance Allowance: $4 per working day

• Meal Allowance: $4 per working day

• Shift Allowance: $10 per night shift worked

• Bonus: 13th Month Bonus + Performance Bonus (subject to work performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently

• Perform product quality checks to meet company standards

• Assist in machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area

• Uphold workplace safety and compliance procedures

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – training provided

• Able to work overnight shifts and perform standing work for long periods

• Reliable, responsible, and a good team player
