We are seeking an experienced patient service Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and compassionate patient journey.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee and manage patient bill collection processes, including follow up with patients or their families
Ensure accurate and timely collection of deposits and financial documentation
Lead and supervise a team to deliver high-quality patient services in a professional and empathetic manner
Develop and implement workflows that enhance patient experience and improve service efficiency
Collaborate with nurses and other service departments to ensure seamless co-ordination of patients’ discharges and completion of patients’ charges
Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and professionalism
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration or related field
Min 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic individual with ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing team
Strong leadership and people management skills, and problem-solving skill sets
High level of integrity, solution-focused and highly organized
Fluent in multi-dialects / languages to engage a diverse patient population, is preferred
