Responsibilities

Receive incoming goods; check for damage or any discrepancy
Perform receiving in Oracle system
Pick and pack customer orders and work orders according to packing list
To generate commercial invoice, packing list & delivery order from Oracle system
To coordinate with customer service on shipment and perform shipment in Oracle system
Perform finished goods kitting
Issuing of Parts of Work Order to assembly physically and in Oracle system
Perform physical check of production items and rollup Work Order in Oracle system
Attend to customers and forwarders
Loading/unloading of goods
Ensure up-to-date inventory stock and no discrepancies
Retrieve stored information to response to enquiries
Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping at warehouse
Strictly follow safety procedures

Basic Requirements

Forklift certificate/license

Official Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
