Responsibilities:

* Assist in the design and development of electrical and automation systems for vessels.

* Create, interpret, and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

* Support PLC programming and configuration of variable frequency drives (VFDs), motor controllers, and motion control systems.

* Work with components such as breakers, contactors, and control panels to aid in system integration.

* Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and vessel commissioning activities.

* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues under the supervision of senior engineers.

* Ensure all designs adhere to class regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.

* Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation or control systems engineering.

* Basic proficiency in PLC programming and electrical fault diagnosis.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning.

* Familiarity with marine electrical or automation systems is an added advantage.
