Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other support services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and facility usage.
- Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
- Respond promptly to service requests, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Participate in project planning, renovations, and upgrades to enhance facility efficiency and sustainability.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or building operations.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
