Payroll & Admin Executive

Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, including verifying attendance records, overtime claims, and handling employee resignations.
• Ensure payroll computation and processing are completed accurately and on time.
• Review and process invoices submitted by outsourced manpower agencies.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll matters promptly and professionally.
• Support the daily operations of the HR and Administration functions.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
• Manage the submission and tracking of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave.
• Prepare and generate payroll-related reports for management review.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local statutory and audit requirements.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Assistant Director from time to time.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Solid understanding of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Meticulous, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using TimeSoft (preferred).
• A proactive and positive team player with a strong sense of initiative.
