• Location: Changi Airport

• AWS + Up to 3 months Bonus

Responsibilities

• Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.

• Managing check-in procedures and welcoming passengers as they arrive.

• Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.

• Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.

• Delivering customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with 3 rotating shift (Morning, Noon, Night, based on roster)

• Possess experience in customer service related position are welcome, professional training provided
