Inventory Controller (Supply Chain / Inventory / Warehouse Operations / WMS) - #1118774

• Location: Tuas (Company transport at Jurong East MRT)

• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat (WFH, standby) 8.30am - 12.30pm

• Salary: Up to $3.5k + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records of raw materials, spare parts and tools through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.

• Data Entry & Reporting: Update inventory databases accurately and prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status and trends.

• Quality Control: Oversee the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to facilitate inventory movements and address issues promptly.

• Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.

• Documentation: Keep detailed and organized records of all inventory transactions and adjustments.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.

• Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role is required. Experience in Accounts Assistant role is also accepted.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Words

• Willing to work in Tuas, company transport provided at Jurong East MRT pick up point.

• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
