Responsibilities:

Invoicing

• Responsible for the preparation and issuance of customer invoices in a timely manner

• Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to obtain relevant information and supporting documents for billing purposes

Accounts Receivable Management

• Collect customer payments and prepare bank-in slips accordingly

• Update cash book balances and accounts receivable reports

• Process and match customer payments against sales invoices

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding, over, or under payments

• Prepare intercompany invoices and post receipts journals in the ERP system

• Generate and distribute monthly statements of accounts to customers

• Liaise with the Sales Department on long overdue accounts and support auditors during year-end audits

Accounting Records Maintenance

• Record and update all accounts receivable transactions accurately in the accounting system

• Post verified entries to the General Ledger module

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and related records
  

Requirements:

• At least ITE qualification or Accounting Certificate and above

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
