Job Scope:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications for MEP works.

• Quantity Take-off: Perform precise material and labour quantity take-offs and ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and maintain project budgets; track cost variations and propose corrective actions.

• Tendering & Procurement: Support tender preparation, assess subcontractor/supplier quotations, and ensure value-for-money procurement.

• Contract Administration: Manage contracts, variations, and claims to ensure compliance and timely resolution of issues.

• Value Engineering: Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising on project quality or safety.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  

Job Requirement:

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or data centre construction projects.

• Strong technical understanding of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
