As a Credit Controller (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Keep the billing system current and accurate
Prepare and distribute invoices to clients
Track, collect, and apply incoming payments
Perform billing, collections, and reporting tasks within set timelines
Review customer accounts for missed, late, or unusual payments
Investigate and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
Create and implement a debt recovery process
Communicate with customers through phone, email, mail, or in person
Support the closing of monthly financial records
Compile financial reports and conduct analyses for Management, Board, and staff presentations upon request
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
