Summary :

Key Responsibility :

• Develop project models and detailed construction documents using BIM software.

• Set up and maintain BIM project workflows across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Handle BIM project setup, coordination, and ongoing project administration.

• Lead clash detection and coordination activities on construction sites to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare and update Revit models, including coordination drawings.

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings as well as as-built documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate and efficient data management and transfer.

Job Requirements :

• Possess a valid BIM certification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or Electrical Engineer.

• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding technical drawings.

• Skilled in BIM-related software, including Revit (certified specialist) and Navisworks.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in implementing BIM processes for large-scale construction projects—from tender stage to project completion—will be an added advantage.
