As a Customer Support Associate, Call Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to patient enquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.
Share service-related details and guide callers on processes.
Schedule appointments for hospital departments, SAF personnel, and CHAS clinics.
Adhere to established call handling and communication standards.
Maintain a neat and organised workstation.
Support patient feedback or survey activities with the Public Relations team.
Participate in assigned committees or improvement initiatives.
Mentor and assist in training new team members.
Carry out other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'N/O' Levels
At least 1 year of call centre working environment
