QA & QC Technician [Ups to $3000] - East / West

Job Scope:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process, and finished products for quality compliance.

• Check supplier documents and ensure products meet required standards.

• Perform inspections, NDT, and pressure tests to verify material and weld quality.

• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards.

• Identify and resolve quality issues, support audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

• Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation.

• Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.

Customer QA Engineer [Ups to $5500] - North

Job Scope:

• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

• Lead problem-solving (8D) and prepare customer reports on quality issues.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and follow-ups.

• Monitor product quality and after-sales performance, providing feedback for improvement.

• Coordinate drawing or specification changes with customers and internal teams.

• Support quality control, ISO/IATF 16949 audits, and ensure compliance with EHS standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
