Accounts Executive (Percentage of Completion | Construction) - Up to $5,000 - #1118773

• Position: Accounts Executive (PoC)

• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Main Responsibilities:

• In charge of monthly project Percentage of Completion (POC) computation including cost allocation, accruals, and project progress

• Prepare monthly journals for construction revenue and cost recognition

• Partner with Project Managers to prepare Monthly Project Report Summary and track project performance

• Review project cost status alongside project teams

• Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification

• Experience in project-based industries (construction) is mandatory

• Hands-on exposure with construction contract accounting

• Proficient in Excel is required
