Telecom Network Engineer (1-Year Contract | Serangoon)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:30pm (No standby required)
Location: Serangoon

• 1-year renewable contract

• Hands-on network and telecom systems exposure

• Great opportunity to gain experience in fixed network operations

• Install, configure and maintain access network equipment (MD, ONU, MSAN, IAD, ATA).

• Support delivery and maintenance of voice and broadband services.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and contractors on technical issues, troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

• Assist with migration from legacy systems to FTTH/FTTC infrastructure.

• Manage documentation, reporting and circuit migration requests.

• Liaise with facilities team for power and service requirements.

• Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Familiar with fixed voice systems and basic network protocols (H.248, SIP).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
