• Basic Salary up to $4000+ AWS +VB

Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing strategies to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on project quotations, bill of materials (BOM) costing, and pricing submissions.

• Identify, develop, and qualify new materials and suppliers to support business growth.

• Localize key materials such as cables, wires, connectors, and components to improve supply efficiency and shorten lead times.

• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

• Negotiate supplier contracts and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

• Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery in a timely manner.

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including raising purchase orders (POs), confirming orders, tracking deliveries, and monitoring inventory.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules and on-time customer deliveries.

• Review and manage procurement documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Coordinate with Finance, Planning, Warehouse, and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient order execution.

• Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Stay informed on market trends, tariffs, and logistics costs to provide data-driven sourcing recommendations.
  

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory control, and supplier negotiations.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Planning, and Finance.
