Key Responsibility :

• Develop, plan, and implement the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.

• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing plans.

• Keep abreast of the latest digital tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels and campaigns.

• Track, analyze, and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare and oversee the digital marketing budget.

• Supervise and maintain all company social media platforms.

• Enhance online content with a strong focus on SEO and Google Analytics.

• Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement.

• Manage and grow E-Commerce sales across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon—covering store optimization, campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.

• Work closely with the logistics team and online customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service excellence.

• Support the planning and execution of company exhibitions, events, and marketing activities.

Job Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or E-Commerce.

• Proven success in managing and growing sales on online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.).

• Proficient in WordPress and design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Ability to create engaging videos using tools like CapCut.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
