You’ll craft and manage content, coordinate with global teams, and bring the organization's smart living and connected health stories to life through both digital and on-site initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels, and supporting the company’s presence at key international events.
Job Description
Review and refine marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications for clarity, tone, and consistency.
Develop and adapt marketing content across print, digital, and video platforms — including product stories, launch decks, trade collateral, and web copy.
Generate engaging marketing copy — whether self-written or refined from AI-assisted drafts.
Produce and distribute internal newsletters and announcements that engage employees and partners across global offices.
Own the full event cycle — from planning, logistics, and vendor coordination to on-site execution (if required) and post-event reporting.
Manage the organization's participation in international tradeshows in ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence. Support content creation during events, including photography, video snippets, and social media coverage.
Manage and grow the social presence of the organization's entities across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
Develop and schedule social media content, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize communication impact.
Coordinate digital campaigns with external agencies or internal creative teams to maintain a cohesive visual and editorial identity.
Work closely with internal stakeholders in sales, design, and operations to align messaging and deliver integrated campaigns.
Collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures, maintaining strong working relationships with global teams and external partners
Job Requirements
Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing / Communications / Marcomms.
Prior experience in managing and executing events will be advantageous.
Keen eye for styling, grammar, and content accuracy across both text and visuals.
Attention to detail and the ability to plan and execute complex logistics for overseas events.
Proficient with AI-assisted writing tools and collaborative platforms.
Comfortable interpreting engagement data (e.g., social metrics, email performance) to refine communication strategy.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across teams and with global partners.
