As a Nurse Manager (Clinic setting), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Work alongside the consultant to provide care, often handling tasks such as patient education, counselling, and medication management. 

• Manage and oversee the daily administrative tasks and operations of the clinic.

• Educate patients and their caregivers on health management, care plans, and other relevant information.  

• Oversee and supervise the work of nurses and other clinic staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork. 

• Provide training and guidance to staff, helping them develop their skills and enhance their performance. 

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations. 

Requirements: 

• Possess a Bachelor of Nursing with a Post Basic Certification and valid SNB registration.
