• Have a good operating knowledge of laboratory information system, equipment software, and other software used in laboratory.

• Optimise information systems to support laboratory team to meet performance indicators.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the laboratory information system (LIS), including test reconciliation from various interfaces.

• Provide support to all laboratory sections to meet the expected turn-around-time including technical help during IT breakdown and downtime.

• Ensure that all incidents regarding IT system are reported, assist in investigation of incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain laboratory intranet website, dashboard, and in-house development software or applications in good working condition.

Required experience/skills:

• Diploma with relevant experience and competency

• Minimum of 3 years of working in a clinical laboratory, healthcare/polyclinics

• Familiar with SQL scripting, data extraction with Oracle database

• Experience in writing and implementing policies and work instructions
