The Opportunity:

• Our Client, MNC Test & Measurement Company
• Location: Clementi, Singapore
• Gross Salary: Up to $3500 (Based on experience)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM to 5:45 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Open Service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
• Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor and follow up on the status of overseas work.
• Raise purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
• Solving customer and logistics issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Effective in handling customer inquiries and coordinating across departments
• Time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
