Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Establish selection criteria aligned with job competencies and role expectations.
Identify and manage sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates, including job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
Facilitate internal discussions on hiring decisions among hiring committee members
Identify initiatives for enhance candidates experience
Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring matters, including the recruitment, renewal, and repatriation of foreign workers.
Support and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations talent attraction efforts.
Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other outreach events.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to analyze hiring effectiveness and turnaround times.
Requirements
Passion for people and interests in HR career
Prior experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment, ideally in high volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and enjoy working highly collaborative environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with the Employment Act and relevant hiring regulations in Singapore.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who works well collaboratively across functions.
