Shipping Coordinator (Bukit Batok / 5days / Basic Up $3500) - #1118289

• Working hours: 5days Mon – Fri  

• Location: Bukit Batok

• Basic Salary: Up to $3500         

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customer bookings are promptly documented, accurately processed, and thoroughly reviewed for completeness..

• Clarify and confirm any special shipment requirements with the shipper prior to accepting the booking.

• Keep the Sales team informed and updated on the status of their bookings.

• Upon receiving the booking from the shipper, coordinate the shipment directly with the shipping line or through our consolidation services for both FCL and LCL cargo.

• Communicate any changes in vessel schedules or delays in arrival dates to the shipper via phone or email.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Related experience in shipping  

• Proficient in MS Office
