• Position : Admin Assistant – Up to $3,500 - Bukit Batok

• Location : Bukit Batok

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM 

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave 

• Duration : Perm 

• Industry : Sealing Solutions

Responsibilities: 

• Manage Online listings (add/remove/amend as required) for marketplace and other platforms

• Check Listing price and profit and loss for individual SKUs

• Checking, updating images and perform analysis for various platforms

• Working with the team to work out top 50 online products

• Ensure that all invoices are updated into the accounts system

• Clear Online returns with the platform and warehouse

• Create CN and SO for online exchange/replacement SKU

• Support supermarkets online, creating promotions and assisting in applying for new products.

• Monitoring sales for outlets

• Ensure that supermarket invoices are updated.

• Assist with ad hoc duties to support online and wholesales customers.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications in any field

• Proficient in Pivot Table and VLookup

• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
