Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Develops and implements design and detailing.

• Highly technical in design, experienced user of Auto CAD, sketch up, Photoshop & office software’s with strong attention to design details.

• Hands on experience in managing project schedule, deliverables, clients and consultants.

• Coordination on all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions.

• Review & resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues.

• Prepare RFI, RFA, and RFMA & RFSDA & follow the Architectural consultant & Sub-contractors.

• Prepare Technical Meeting Minutes & Site Progress Meeting Minutes to resolve the issues.

• Generate Design Strategy, Concept Design and the production of Detailed Working Drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up & Photoshop.

• Attend site visits with others and liaise with contractors and design/construction team.

• BIM Coordination for Architecture discipline including accuracy and conformance check against the Singapore BIM standards.

• Develop BIM Modelling Schedule in line with construction schedule and monitor the delivery of BIM submission.

• Produce Detailed Shop Drawings from Revit for submission.

• Create Drawings for Authorities’ submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or its equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore as Architectural coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.

• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, Sketch up.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
