Deliver maintenance and support services for audiovisual equipment at client sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service standards.

**Will be required to travel to clients’ sites. Must own Class 3 Driving License.
