We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will not only handle core accounting functions but also bring treasury management and/or corporate secretarial experience to support the company’s compliance, financial operations and governance. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, independent, and eager to contribute to both financial reporting and corporate governance

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounting functions of Group's key business units.

• Responsible for the Company's budget and forecast, cost management and financial analysis to aid in reaching business objectives.

• Support the senior management to establish complex banking facilities annually to raise funds for the entire Group's business activities.

• Perform periodical reviews on the internal processes to identify gaps and make recommendations to facilitate informed business decisions and compliance with accounting standards.

• Responsible for annual audit exercise, deferred tax computation and corporate tax filing.

• Assist in treasury and cash management.

• Support the Board and management on corporate governance matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy from renowned tertiary institutions.

• Candidate with CA certification would have added advantage.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in managing full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.

• Possess strong business acumens and analytic skills.

• Proficient in Mandarin with the ability to interpret and validate contractual documents drafted in Mandarin to ensure accuracy and compliance.
