Our client is a premier provider of specialty polymer formulations, color and additive systems, packaging solutions, and polymer distribution. Currently, they are looking for a Logistic Business Support to join their team.

Job Details:

• Salary Range: $2500-$3500 (Depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Thursday (8.30am-5.45pm); Friday (8.30am-5.15pm)

• Location: Jurong East (West area)

Job Description

• Responsible for issuing delivery document and collaborate with transportation service provider.

• Responsible for customer servicing purchase order.

• Responsible for the overall key metrics for the specific transportation mode including On-Time Arrival, Variable Distribution, and

• Customer Complaints as related to Logistics.

• Analyze data related to key metrics to identify trends and root causes to develop corrective action and drive continuous improvement.

• Own and maintain all SOP and training documentation.

• Support batch management & stock requisition request & comply FIFO.

• Support warehouse operation.

Requirement

• Candidate with Customer Service and SAP experience would be an added advantage
