Job Description & Requirements
E-Commerce Strategy Development:
Oversee the day-to-day management of key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional online marketplaces).
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Collaborate with the live host and facilitate the entire live stream process that drives conversions and brand awareness.
Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (such as sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
Product Listings & Merchandising:
Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e-commerce performance.
Digital Marketing Integration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Service and Inventory Management
Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after-sales support.
Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
