We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Support Administrator who will provide administrative and operational support for all aspects of store operations to drive operational excellence across our store network and ensure the smooth functioning of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Planning (data input & comments on strategic measures)
Competitor Analysis
Prepare Monthly Reports
To come up with monthly initiatives and action plans
Implement Kaizen/TQC initiatives
Prepare meeting materials (Kaizen/TQC)
Ordering, Operations, Analysing and POP for our brands
Negotiation and Sales Promotions for Local Procurement
Prepare materials for overseas visitors, including store information
Check for slow-moving products
Handle inquiries related to packaging/products defects and provide explanations for unclear product usage
Create and check food labels
Confirm actual and projected expiration dates for food products
Create and update purchase orders for office supplies from the head office
Consolidate and update office supplies purchased from the head office
Any other duties as required
Key Requirements
Min. Diploma in Business or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude
A team player with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
