About the role

Rotomatik (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team in the West Region. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and drive successful outcomes

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate contingency measures

• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimise project designs and solutions

• Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with an engineering background.

• 3–5 years of experience in a Project Engineer role or similar position within the engineering industry (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex engineering projects from start to finish

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in project management tools and techniques

• Familiarity with engineering software and design tools

• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
