About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Florist to join our team at Ferns N Petals. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and love for floristry within a thriving business.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and creating a wide range of floral arrangements, bouquets, and displays to meet customer orders and preferences

2. Maintaining the freshness and quality of flowers and other materials used in arrangements

3. Providing exceptional customer service and advice to clients, helping them select the perfect floral solutions

4. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment

5. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in floristry
   

What we're looking for

1. 5 day work week but able to work on weekends & PH* on rotational shift (8am to 5.30pm & 10.30am - 8pm & 1230am-10pm) as we are a service industry

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Florist role

3. Strong knowledge of flower types, their care, and seasonal availability

4. Excellent creativity and design skills to create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

6. Good time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

7. Passion for the floristry industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve
