Responsibilities
Assist with processing Chinese New Year retail orders, including managing emails, coordinating deliveries, and preparing festive gift sets.
Handle product labelling and gift packaging.
Support in stock arrangement and distribution coordination.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the retail team.
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
May be required to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) when necessary, during peak period.
Replacement off days will be provided accordingly.
Hourly Rate at $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Commitment Period:
1 to 3 months contract period.
Starting from 01 December 2025 till end of February 2026.
Requirement:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
