Warehouse Operations Executive (Semiconductor) - #1117844

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

• Monitor and update inventory records in the system; conduct periodic stock checks

• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, and related paperwork

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Assist in maintaining warehouse layout, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations

• Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities

• Generate operational reports and escalate issues to supervisors or managers

• Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred (fresh grads considered)

• Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
