IT Support Engineer - #1117579

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• 4334 / 7pm - 7am ($24/Shift)

• East - Tampines

• Basic UP $4000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user IT helpdesk support and remote assistance when required.

• Monitor and resolve manufacturing system (SFC/WMS) issues through the ticketing system.

• Support network and server health monitoring; escalate issues when necessary.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and printer (Zebra/Sharp) issues.

• Assist in IT audits, compliance checks, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.

• Maintain system records, perform basic SQL data queries, and update the internal knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies

• 1 Year of IT Experience
