Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing processes, gather measurements, and interpret data, including SCADA system operations, in line with the company's digitalization goals.

• Conduct risk assessments.

• Research, design, and develop processes aimed at optimizing productivity and workflow.

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of facility processes.

• Define the organization and structure of operations.

• Supervise the implementation of new processes and procedures.

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to processes, procedures, and operations.

• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance throughput and output quality.

• Manage cost and time constraints effectively.

• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.

• Participate in and perform PSM (Process Safety Management) and Hazop studies.

• Act as a turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdowns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the process industry.

• Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, process improvement, and safety management.

• Team-oriented and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
