 Our Client, in the Retail Industry located in the East has openings for Marketing Assistant.

• 5 Days work week

• Working hours: 8am - 5pm

• Walking distance via Macpherson MRT

Responsibilities

• Work with design team to develop contents for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.

• Assist to manage company social media accounts (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and online branding assets (e.g. website)

• Providing support to marketing team e.g. events, procurement of GWP and store activities.

• Assist in advertising & promotion for Skechers stores

• Updating monthly promotions and new launches through the malls’ communication channels.

• Scout for suitable KOLs (Paid, Organic Seeding and Gifting) for various campaigns.

• Handling Skechers VIP Program including CRM, and reward tiers

• Handling relevant marketing paperwork

• Packing of items for stores replenishment, events and etc.

• Create redemption letters for sponsorship

• Provide support to the marketing team in any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma preferred

• 2 years’ experience in marketing or relevant experience

• Digital agency experience is a plus

• Online savvy and active on social media

• Good interpersonal skills and a team player

• Well-versed in Microsoft Word & Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Independent and positive work attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment

• Keen interest in Marketing and abreast with current market trends
