Responsibilities:

• Manage specimen reception, preparation, packaging, and documentation in accordance with protocols.

• Perform specimen analysis, operate laboratory analyzers, and carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Support daily operations including telephone reception, billing accuracy, and compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory, assisting in procurement of supplies as needed.

• Contribute to staff development by training and guiding new employees and interns in laboratory procedures.

Requirements: 

• Recognized Diploma in Medical Technology or related Science field.

• At least 1 year experience in laboratory environment.

• Able to work independently and as a team.
