• Salary up to $3000 [ Basic + OT + AWS + VB]

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, including roller machines, compressors, laser machines, and stamping machines.

• Inspect, service, and replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, valves, dies, and optics.

• Carry out machine alignment, calibration, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Support installation, setup, and testing of new or refurbished machinery.

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and parts usage reports.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and equipment standards.

• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requests for replenishment as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and repair.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and carry out preventive maintenance.
