Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely response to queries
Coordinate receipt, proper storage, and issuance of customer-supplied materials and finished goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
Manage and coordinate a small team or warehouse staff assigned to support account operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily task completion
Monitor and support the processing of transportation claims, shipments, and logistics documentation
Prepare, verify, and process invoices and reports related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients
Participate in annual stock take audits and ad hoc inventory checks to ensure compliance with internal and client standards
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
Perform any other operational tasks assigned by immediate superior to support account management
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.
Experience in inventory control, invoicing, billing, and logistics process
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
