Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely response to queries

  • Coordinate receipt, proper storage, and issuance of customer-supplied materials and finished goods

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess

  • Manage and coordinate a small team or warehouse staff assigned to support account operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily task completion

  • Monitor and support the processing of transportation claims, shipments, and logistics documentation

  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and reports related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients

  • Participate in annual stock take audits and ad hoc inventory checks to ensure compliance with internal and client standards

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction

  • Perform any other operational tasks assigned by immediate superior to support account management

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.

  • Experience in inventory control, invoicing, billing, and logistics process

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
