We’re Hiring: Automation Sales Engineer (In-House) – Electronics, Assembly & Test Segment
We are seeking a motivated Automation Sales Engineer (ASE) to drive customer development and manage an assigned portfolio from acquisition to retention. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction, working primarily through virtual channels and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales turnover and growth targets
Proactively manage sales forecasts, opportunities, and customer portfolios
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative, virtual selling
Engage with decision-makers and influencers at all levels of key accounts
Collaborate closely with Global Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams
Identify new business opportunities and support market development
Ensure accurate customer data and provide regular sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical) preferred.
1–4 years of relevant sales or technical experience, ideally in pneumatics/electrical automation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Fluent in English and local language; proficient in MS Office and SAP.
