Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and forecast production needs based on demand and resources.

• Manage inventory and ensure timely supply of raw materials.

• Oversee resource allocation to optimize productivity and control costs.

• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Prepare production reports and maintain quality control checks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Technology/Engineering or related field

• Knowledge in meat processing operations and food safety regulations

• Proficient in ERP System
