Job Description
1. Clean vertical surfaces, glass and ceiling.
2. Dust, clean and polish all items within the premises.
3. Empty waste bins and replace liners.
4. Keep drains clean.
5. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
6. Polish glass doors.
7. Refill consumables of toilets and premises.
8. Report anything in need of repair or replacement to HOD (HR/Admin).
9. Sweep, mop or vacuum floor or carpets of assigned areas.
10. Wash and maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets.
11. Wipe table tops, shelves and partitions of assigned areas.
12. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
13. Other adhoc duties
Job Requirements
1. Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
2. Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules.
3. Good communication skills to report issues and follow instructions.
4. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
Working Conditions
1. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
2. The cleaner will work in various office environments, including restrooms, pantry, garden, and common areas.

Working Hours
5-day work week (9.00am to 6.30pm)
Salary Package
Basic ($1800 to $1900 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives
